Born in the Paris, Eddie Benghanem began his career in the kitchen of his parent’s restaurant. He quickly realized that baking is an art to be mastered and was anxious to form a complete professional background; he debuted in the kitchens of the Crillon followed by the George V and the Ritz.
Since January 2008, Eddie Benghanem heads a brigade of eleven pastry enthusiasts at the Trianon Place Versailles for the 2* Michelin restaurant “Gordon Ramsay au Trianon” and the brasserie restaurant La Veranda.
