Trianon Palace Versailles Fine Dining
Fine Dining
The unique dining choices at the Trianon Palace Versailles include one of the most beautiful ballrooms – the Salon Clémenceau. Its fabulous gilt trimmings and decorative woodwork may be remands of another era, yet they remain the perfect backdrop for contemporary gatherings ranging from fashion shows to glamorous gala diners. The Salon extends with an elegant stone terrace overlooking the hushed surroundings of the Chateau de Versailles and its gardens, an exquisite venue to make a stylish statement. The Salon Gordon Ramsay with its open fireplace is a perfect choice for an intimate private diner and numerous terraces offer unsurpassed views for outside events.
Guests can opt for a casual dining at La Veranda or for a French gourmet they should experience the restaurant Gordon Ramsay au Trianon, honoured with 2 stars in the Michelin Guide 2012. It will satisfy even the most discerning of palates.
The entire culinary operation at the Trianon Palace Versailles is supervised by our Chef Simone Zanoni. Zanoni insists on personalizing each occasion by adding his personal touch. Reserve the Chefs Table at “Gordon Ramsay au Trianon” for up to 8 delegates to watch the brigade in action in the state of the art kitchens or choose an original option such as our highly requested “Pic-nic-Chic”.
